Salami Roses
Ingredients
- 100g mild Hungarian salami, skin removed and thinly sliced
- 10 bocconcini, halved
- Cherry tomatoes, halves
- Basil leaves
Method
- After removing the skin, thinly slice the salami.
- Lay 4 slices of salami, overlapping with each other. Fold the bottom third of the salami up and then roll the salami up creating a flower shape. Secure in place with a tooth pick.
- Place a folded basil leaf on either side of the salami flower. Then add a piece of bocconcini on either side, followed by half a cherry tomato on each end.
