Prosciutto Pizza
Ingredients
- 80g DON® Prosciutto
- 2 pre-made pizza bases
- 30g rocket or basil pesto
- 25g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 bocconcini cheese pieces, halved
- 20ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups rocket leaves
- Cracked pepper to serve

Pizza and Prosciutto? It doesn’t get any better than this!
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Brush each pizza base with the pesto and place on a non-stick tray.
- Arrange the Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini pieces and DON® Prosciutto on the pizza base. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Place in the oven and bake for 7 minutes, or until the bases are crisp and golden, and the cheese has melted. Top with rocket leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
- Slice and serve immediately.
