Ingredients

  • 100g mild Hungarian salami, skin removed and thinly sliced
  • 10 bocconcini, halved
  • Cherry tomatoes, halves
  • Basil leaves

Method

  1. After removing the skin, thinly slice the salami.
  2. Lay 4 slices of salami, overlapping with each other. Fold the bottom third of the salami up and then roll the salami up creating a flower shape. Secure in place with a tooth pick.
  3. Place a folded basil leaf on either side of the salami flower. Then add a piece of bocconcini on either side, followed by half a cherry tomato on each end.
